Promenade à Paris

We were in Paris last Saturday for my "feu vert" -- Séb wants a new moto and the decision whether to buy it or not was mine.

He's got a Yamaha XJR 1300 which is only 3 years old (oh, not yet, 2 yrs. & 8 months, to be exact) and he already wants to sell it. The one he wanted me to look at is a 2007 black Harley-Davidson Road King. And yeah, he's right, she's so beautiful! Well, the price, too. :-(

So, my "final say"? Yes. He'll have it.

We gave the downpayment and be paying it in full the day we're going to pick it up, that's Wednesday ... oh yes, that's gonna be tomorrow already. Mince! Seb's got to arrange things in the garage, two large bikes wont fit in! Well, it's his problem, not mine.

The HD boutique was in Bastille, so we left the car there and took the metro to get to Champs-Elysées. I took advantage of taking pictures while we were there... as usual, the most beautiful avenue in the world is illuminated for Christmas --who wouldn't want to take its photo? The Place de la Concorde, too, was superb.

Then we had dinner at Séb's father's bar/resto near BHV (got its picture, too), beautiful...

We arrived home at around midnight, took our shower and went to bed. zzzzzzz
